Exchange Procedure

  1. Return Conditions: The product must be returned along with the original certificate. Items altered by third parties are not eligible.
  2. Deductions: Quality inspection will be performed. Necessary deductions may apply for repair costs, taxes, making charges, or processing fees.
  3. Exchange Value: The value after deductions will be converted into vouchers which can be used for future purchases. The voucher is valid for lifetime.
  4. Making Charge : 10% deduction on the original making charges of the exchanged creation.

Buyback Process

  1. Return Procedure: The product must be returned along with the original certificate. Altered items are not eligible.
  2. Evaluation & Deductions: The returned product will undergo inspection. Deductions may apply for damages, repairs, taxes or processing charges.
  3. Payment Processing: After evaluation, the buyback value will be transferred via online bank transfer within 15 business days.
  4. Making Charge : Making charges are respectfully non-refundable and shall be fully deducted . 
  5. Patrons who choose Store Credit in place of bank transfer shall receive an additional 10% value as a gesture of royal appreciation.

Conditions of Trust : Original invoice is essential. Creations must remain untouched by external artisans. Final valuation shall be determined after purity testing and condition assessment. Frost Aurum reserves the right to refine this charter in harmony with evolving market standards.
