✧ Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

All Frost Aurum creations are handmade upon order confirmation.

• Estimated domestic delivery timeline: Within 15 days from order confirmation.

We thank our patrons for allowing us the time required to craft excellence.

✧ International Orders

• Minimum order value: USD 1,500

• Estimated delivery timeline: 15–21 days, subject to destination and customs procedures.

All international shipments are securely packaged in compliance with global transit standards.

✧ Insurance & Risk Transfer

Every shipment is fully insured while in transit.

• Frost Aurum retains responsibility until the parcel is successfully delivered to the registered delivery address.

• Upon confirmed delivery by the courier partner, responsibility and risk transfer to the client.

• Frost Aurum shall not be liable for loss, theft or damage after confirmed delivery.

We recommend that an authorized recipient be available at the time of delivery.

✧ Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

• Import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees or regulatory charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client.

• Such charges are determined by the destination country’s authorities and are beyond the control of Frost Aurum.

• Delays caused by customs procedures shall not be considered a shipping delay on our part.

We advise our international patrons to review local import regulations prior to placing an order.

As every Frost Aurum jewel is handcrafted exclusively upon order, general returns are not accepted.

In the rare event of a concern:

• Clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• All concerns will be reviewed and responded to within 48 hours of receiving written communication.
